1) Service
Godneo provides an AI-assisted code generation portal. Outputs are generated from user prompts and may require review/testing before production use.
2) Accounts & Access
You are responsible for account security and for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or generate content intended for harm. We may limit or block abusive usage.
4) Payments
Paid plans are one-time payments processed by PayPal. A successful payment extends your plan access for the billing cycle shown on the Plans page. If you do not renew by the due date, your account may revert to free limits after the grace window. Refunds, if any, are at operator discretion unless required by law.
5) AI Output Disclaimer
Outputs are provided “as is” without warranty. You must validate security, licensing, and correctness. We are not liable for damages arising from use of generated output.
6) Content
You retain rights to your inputs and outputs subject to third-party model/provider terms. You represent that you have rights to any content you submit.
7) Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for any reason, including breach of these terms. You can renew or change plans from the Plans page at any time.
8) Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
